Finca San Francisco in Marcala, Honduras, is a coffee farm operated by Fabio Caballero Jr., a third-generation coffee producer, and his father, Don Fabio. The farm, along with others in the area, is known for producing high-quality coffee. Fabio Jr. inherited his grandfather's Cup of Excellence winning farm and continues the family's commitment to quality and innovation.
